My stray  cat bitten me on my thumb and nail also punctured .The cat  was also not vaccinated.what to do?

I was taking b12 1000mcg for 8 weeks.. Earlier my level was 130 and now after 4 months I retested it is 885. Is this normal. Report attached

I added a query yesterday about my love life. I asked the doctors about it, my question was how can I propose to my best friend, I have fallen in love with her, but all the doctors took it as a joke, I am not blaming the doctors who are from the 60s, 70s or the 80s cause there is a generation gap, but the once who are younger and can understand my problem. I don't take relationships as a joke. I know this is not the right platform to ask such questions, but I thought doctors can understand my problem cause they are very close to their patients. After adding up my query I realised how greedy and selfish doctors are, all they want is money. I can only love one girl, I don't go around playing with feelings. I genuinely love her but I didn't want to ruin our friendship. I asked doctors for their advice but they made a joke out of it. I have never been in a relationship before, I was expecting the female doctors to help me, but they made it a joke.

I feel lights very brighter from last few days. I also had the same thing in April and I did brain mri that time and it was normal. And this thing went away on its own. And now It came back and I went to eye doctor he said my eyes are normal. And I just have dry eyes or glare. He gave me a dry eyes drop and a supplement omega sure plus. Please help is it something serious. Brain mri and eye test normal. Vision also normal.
