I am having runny nose, nose congestion and pain at the back of the ears from the last 4 days, doing steam inhallation and mucus removal from the nose also. But till now it is not completely gone. I have no fever, no bodyache or no other issue except this. My vital like heart rate is under 90bpm, spo2 is 98-99%. So can i take covid vaccination??

Respected sir or mam I just check my bp in a sphygmomanometer by a professional person they check it was 135/ 80 and I also check it in mine digital machine the label was this plz check tell it is normal or not And in breakfast can I add toned milk with a oats by adding a litle honey...and fruits in the garnising ... Im adding brocoli in my diet from tomorrow . .planing to add avacado fruits in my diet ...for everyday ..is it Ok to add 1 avacado fruits everyday ...

Dear Doctor, I am suffering with sever sneezing for any smells, cold things, even If i take shampoo I have to be prepared for 3 days sneezing continuously. I do not have breath difficulties but when I sneeze continue I get it some times. This is not happening occasionally, this is daily living for me. Sneezing is too much. On top of it Nasal irritatio, I mean itching, watery sneeze. Feeling very much disturbed with this life style. What should I do to overcome this. Please help. Another trouble is, when I sneeze I pass urine leaks, that is even bad when I am in the middle of crowds. Please help. Thanks in advance, Durga
