I have two kids, and my husband is convincing me nothing wil happen and stop watching news. But now I m suffering too much that I didn't get sleep and I m awake from morning 3. And I m feeling my heart beating more and feeling pain kind feeling in stomach. I don't know how to explain it

From few days i was seeing headlights like this. I went to the doctor. I had no eye number. Doctor said my eyes are normal. Vision is 6/6.he said you just have a glare. So he gave me lubricant drops and omega sure plus capsules. Please tell will this thing go away? My eyes are normal according to doctor. I don't have any other symptom instead of sensitivity to light. I see exactly like as the picture is attached. I also had the same thing in April but It went away on its own that time. I did brain mri that time. It was normal. Please help whats it.

I have pain left rib bone for past 1 hour and mild pain in shoulder and left arm/leg  joints and at the back of my hips and discomfort in stomach . I have my period dates and I didn't get it yet . I have several swollen lymph nodes on my neck, the number of lumps has increased in past 2.5 months. I have developed quite hard lumps on my collar bones both sides. Not very sure but I also found my left lower rib side to be bit swollen than the right side. I have no other symptoms, no any kind of infection. What should I do?
