Vaccination is not contraindicated during menses. There are certain conditions where vaccination should be avoided.

There is no relation of vaccine with your menses.  These two are totally different things. So don't worry about it. Just see that you don't have any symptoms like fever, cough, cold, soar throat or any infection before vaccination. Hope the answer was useful and for further help contact me here on practo.
