Uric acid levels increased.
Hello doctor, I had been experiencing pain in finger joints, knees and feet since 1 year. I am physically quite active and have a moderate built. The pain increases when at rest/ sitting position for long and is comparatively less when active. It's the worst in the morning. I had consulted orthopedician for the same. He advised few blood tests. ( On examination there was no swelling) The uric acid levels are slightly elevated. It's 6.7. Is it concerning? What steps should i take next?

Uric acid is not that much high. You may require some special exercise and precautions. And require assessment of your lab values.
