My hairs are getting thinner day by day. Dandruff also exists..now hair fall is occuring...so please help what to do

Please see the pic. Before suggesting a neurologist just let me know why it is and what it is. I am diagnosed for carpal tunnel syndrome . Then neurologist renamed it cervical nerve compression . No add throcic outlet syndrome. Names changed but pain in little and ring fingers are sustained. I tried all gapanin and pregaba medicines. The issue was started 3 years ago when tried to wake up forcefully to escape from sleep paralysis. NOW INTRESTING POINT. Today unexpectedly I pressed the points in pic. Immediately I suffered fast moving pain with nerve compression from the point to left hand little , ring and fore fingers. I tried repeatedly. Same experience for 7 to 8 times. Then it's subsided. I tried the same in standing position.. there was no such experience. Now I calculated that I am suffering the pain in fingers during sitting and sleeping. Yes during my evening walk or working I don't feel severe pain. How to diagnose the part I marked. Please explain

Do oximeters show wrong values when used on cold hands? I used on index finger once and my hands were very cold, it showed 93-98 and the pi was very less and then I put on my middle finger the pi was fine and reading was 98-99 I then made my hands warm by rubbing them against each other and then it was 98-99 on index and middle finger. What is my oxygen level exactly?

Once he went out and came back he will snize. When he drinks any cold water he will get itching near ears/throat. Consulted ENT, they gave some medicines but it did not controlled. Kindly sugget what are the reasons for this and whome to consulat.
