Hi I having blocked nose since few days. If I blow my nose white mucus is coming out , but in few seconds again my nose is getting blocked. When I wake up in the morning, my nose is totally blocked and remains the same through out the day , with some relief for few minutes in a day. It have tried using otrivin, it's helping but only for few minutes / hours. Well I don't have fever or any congestion in my chest. What should I do ?

My doctor has prescribed brozeet syrup But local medicine shop has brozeet LS syrup. Can I take it?

I got a mild scratch from a street cat. Its not actually a scratch and there is no bleeding or no scar. My finger just brushed near the cat's paw. But now I have a weird sensation in the finger.  Is it just in my mind or do i need to get a rabies shot ?
