Respected sir or mam mostly I run everyday in evening 4pm everyday 25 min continuesly in a big ground and through running I completed 2500 steps everyday and after completing my 25 min running everyday what is a health benifit of running everyday plz tell me I go to my zym around 4.30 pm and do it zym 1 hours everyday in zym I mostly do freehand And normal weight training and crunchess and all im 6 feet tall guy my weight was previous 105 kg now doing running .zyming and diet changing u lost my 16 kg weight now im 88 kg want to make my weight 80 kg ...morning mostly take 4 soaked almonds pistachio and green sprouts in empty stomach in bf I take toned milk with oats with adding litle hobey lunch half cup basmati brown rice with multigrain 3 atta roti with boil vegetables litle pinch himalayan pink salt nd 2 time green tea night 3 multigrain roti with boil vegetables everyday salad 2 time in day half bowl all mix fruits . completing 7000 steps want to be more fit.
