I have taken met xl 12.5 from 1 month... before taking medicine my bp was 135/95 to 140/100. After taking medicine my bp is around 123/85. But after dinner it goes around 140 /95 sometimes. But i feel fatigued and exhausted after waking up in morning..and general feeling of exhausted all the time.. Kindly suggest what to do.. My weight is 63 age 39 and height 5.6 I feel worried because of this fatigue ..i cant do my normal routine work because of this Kindly advice

I am suffering from severe knee pain from last 3 month , My cholesterol and triglycerides is raised so doctor prescribed me Rozucor 10 mg and vinicor xl 25 mg for bp , I want to know this medicine can raise  knees pain or side effects as I am feeling sleepy and headache

Since last two months , I am taking Telma LN in morning,  Concor 2.5 mm at night for Hypertension and Thyronorm 12.5 mcg for Sub clinical Hypothyroidism ( medicine being given based on a TSH of 7.21 and Positive Thyroglobulin Antibodies ) Due to headache a week back checked bp and was 140/100. My current BP Is 145/105. Heart Rate is 85. Current TSH is 5.3 Feeling very much tired. Do I need to revise dosage.

Hi all respectd doctor s... I got typhoid 5th October and treatment went till 20with iv injection and recovery going on but after stoped iv after one week I took headbath and travelleed again I got fever 99.3 doctor suggested to tk rest 3days tablet gvn after that fiver not came but now I started house hold work but I can't stand half an hour I m suffering very nurvous and week and yesterday I got again 99.1 fever ... Hi, I am suffering from gastritis and was prescribed mac rabonik dsr and sucrafil o gel syrup. I know tablet should be taken before breakfast in morning. When should i take the syrup. Before or after food. It was mentioned morning and night. Thanks
