What do you mean by sclerosis noted in an x ray report I took x ray of lower back due to intense pain in the back and radiating to legs. Kindly help, I'm in confusion as I didn't get detailed analysis.

Was down with fever,body aches,headache,fatigue,upper abdominal pain and grumbling sound,cramping,medium consistency stools for 5 days and now for the past 3 days there is no fever but still have all other symptoms mentioned. I got a blood test and my iron serum shows 212 ug/DL , TIBC 358 and Transferrin Saturation 62%. Vit D Hydroxy 55.4 nmol/L. Please advise should I be concerned and which doctors can help with this?
