Full severe from nite severe headache body pain not able to getup ..headache is to much not able to get up from bed

I have fever  from past 3 days I got checked from my doctor told to do some blood tests I got tested please see my reports and suggest me some ideas

He has ALT 66.30 iu/l, AST 54.80 iu/l, GGT 75.00 iu/l What it mean? Is it chronic condition? Note:he had drink alcohol at night before he got the biochemistry test..

Doctor my niece's anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose prescribed by doctor she took 3 vaccines till now and her Last 4th Vaccine is due on 7th December 2021 but today again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should she need to Re-start anti Rabies vaccination or she need to take extra dose of Vaccine?

Yesterday night I had cold maggi at 3 at night. Immediately after having it i went to sleep. After an hour, i woke up and was feeling extremely nauseous. I walked a little and then after a while slept. Why did the nausea occur? Was it because the food couldn't digest. Today is the next day and i feel absolutely fine.
