My self mbbs student...I'm in banglore... recently I joined gym I'm working out at moderate intensity...but I'm experiencing nausea. Which increses during and after exercise what I should do

Tab pan d40(1-0-1)before food 7days. Syr ciplactin plus(3ml-3ml-3ml)before Food.2 weeks.

don't exercise on empty stomach.have a light snack of fruits with banana And nuts. take plenty of fluids. avoid eating oily,spicy,cold food.

During gym time it is common do your workout with your trainer  initially light exercise
