My weight recently increased a lot , so I started to workout , but whenever I workout for even 5-10 mins , I get this nauseous feeling . And I can't continue my workout . What should I do ?

Nausea during exercise could be due to hunger so have a fruit before working out . If it is still there you will need to do additional test to find out what is causing it .
