Nausea and discomfort after workout
My weight recently increased a lot , so I started to workout , but whenever I workout for even 5-10 mins , I get this nauseous feeling . And I can't continue my workout . What should I do ?

Nausea during exercise could be due to hunger so have a fruit before working out . If it is still there you will need to do additional test to find out what is causing it . Please let me know if u have any other complaints as well so i can guide you better Take care

Any symptom like nausea after exercise indicate that your body have some problem but what is the correct reason behind that nausea symptoms depend on manufacture so you should do whole body checkup to know the exact reason.

You should Stop hour workout when you get such feeling. You must always listen to your body. In this weather Heat exhaustion can set in very fast and it may lead to dizziness and collapse of a person. Please get your CBC, Vit D 3 and Vit B12 done. Look after your hydration. Eat small meals. Be in cool atmosphere.
