Dizziness and Nausea, saliva increased
I used to feeling dizzy and nauseated on very alternate day, saliva production has been increased. I have started running in morning while running I felt dizzy and nauseated from last 2 weeks. I doubt about dehydration, and so increased liquid. Please tell me the possible cause and treatment for the same.

Maybe you are overdoing the workouts Relax and take a healthy diet full of simple proteins like toned milk and curds and lassi Boiled eggs Steamed fish etc Drink lots of water and ors Tea and clear soups Less fats and complex carbs like maida or complex meat like mutton or chicken Get eyesight checked Deworming to be done Albendazole one tablet only Metrogyl 200 mg twice a day after food for 3 days Excess saliva can be GERD reaction due to empty stomach and lots of acid and bile added to stomach but no food. Drink warm water and honey frequently so that the collected acid is washed out to move forward in foodpipe

fasting and feasting too often to be avoided if alcohol intake is yes, give it a break no cigarettes due to inhalation of polluted air why add on to the suffering lungs? it affects the digestive system also.
