Flu

I feel pain in my left & right shoulder ,hand , shoulder blades ( more in left ) from yesterday morning. It fluctuates from right to left. (Morning I had no pain , from afternoon pain started ) I am feeling this after day before yesterday's night sleep and after many days I carried my laptop in my bag to office it felt little heavy also. I don't have any history of injury or something to my back. Is it related to poor posture and carrying heavy bag on my back or anything to related to my heart. Should I get my ECG done. Kindly suggest and guide.

Sometimes I wake up feeling heavy and after sometime I get headache at the back of my head and neck. My jaws pains and I find difficult to chew food. My head hurts badly when trying to bend. Usually it starts in the morning and stays till sunset, then I feel fine again. This cycle continues for few days(around a week). I had done my MRI of head before and sinus was found in head. Is there a way to end this as I have to take Saridon everyday whenever this cycle starts.

As my doctor prescribed amlong 5mg for 1month as my bp was 160/90,so its going to be 1month i had been to near by clinic he is bms doctor i asked to check my bp it was 150/80,then i told him about my health condition always some times i get numness in my left feet and hand he said it might be due to calciym and iron deficiency ,so he gave me aristrzoymes and shelcal 500yesterday i was ok taking that tablet today afternoon i took that tablet after a while restlessness my left hand got numness and felling tired

My father is facing a throat pain which started at the evening today, some light chills also. But no fever felt or no coughing. 1 to 2 sneezing occured. His age is 60 years old. He is in pre diabetic stage. No blood pressure issue. Currently no diabetic medicine started. And he also fully vaccinated for covid. Can it be a covid or due to changes in cold weather?

Today I measure blood pressure for my mother By sphygmomanometer im a medical student so I know how measure it's 140/100mmhg. My question is This range need to be treated or not??? If this condition have to be treated means we will consult a doctor She have no symptoms Thank you
