Protein from foods
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have uric acid and cholesterol on the higher side. I also have neuromuscular problem for which doctor advised me to eat more protein foods. My question is- What are the good protein sources of food that I can eat so to make my muscles stronger and also eating these protein foods doesn't increase my cholesterol and uric acid. Please do let me know. Kind Regards, Manas Medhi.
