Hello ma'am,  Why are you willing to take any medicine without consultation and any test being done? Have you got yourself tested for covid? Or other common causes of fever? As per fever and body pain, u can take one dolo 650 tablet and see if temperature goes down, if not you can consult me here on practo or on my personal number 8895_9099_75 anytime. For soar throat, gargle warm water with 10ml betadine solution or one tablespoon salt. And have some hot drinks like tea, soup, kadha. Azithromycin is an antibiotic. Don't take any antibiotic without proper tests being done and consultation, specially in this covid pandemic time.  For further queries contact me on above mentioned number.
Next Steps
get covid test done as soon as possible.
Health Tips
wear double mask and drink a lot of water.
