Swollen nose sides Sinus or migraine
Hai doctor From last one week I am having headache like sinus and migraine Feeling heaviness in the head and phlegm from nose Today I noticed  below eyes sides of nose were slightly swollen Please suggest what is the reason and how to deal it Pic attached for reference Thank you in advance

It looks like sinusitis caused by allergic rhinitis , you will require a short course of antihistamines and do steam inhalation two to three times a day. You will be alright
