On Saturday night i slept washing my face as usal amd on sunday morning my left head was heavy , left eyes swollen,left nose running and even left jaw and neck pain and feeling like nausea and fever from since one day , i dont know what is happening and what medication should i take!

1.Tab paracetamol 500mg 3 Times in a day for 3 days.
2.tab montek lc before sleeping for 5 days
3.Tab panto dsr twice in a day for 5 day's.
If fever persists for more than 3 days then consult for better evaluation and treatment.
Hi dear, did u eat anything outside recently? Were u sleeping on your left side for a long time putting pressure? Running nose, fever n nausea point towards an infection.

Is your oral hygiene ok? Do u have any caries or gum infection for which u aren't treated yet? Hope u didn't consume anything very cold or directly from the fridge.
