Swollen nose
Due to swollen nose I feel heavy in my nose. After taking vapour it goes but again aftter 8 to 10 hrs same problem.

If this problem started recently...u should get tested once...and use mask..
Donor over medicate with over the counter nasal sprays if at all u r using any
Continue inhalations and have levocetrizine 10mg in nights for 7 days..
Consult if symptoms persists
