Block nose sinus
I have nasal deviated septum..x ray report said right maxillary sinusitis..doctor adviced septoplasty...and prescribed septilin tablet and allerduo tablet(bilastine+montelukast). My nose blocked most of time.. sometimes brown colour thick rubbery discharge from nose..dry nose and mouth.. what this brown colour thick rubbery discharge indicate.. Is it something serious? Is surgery last option?.. Kindly suggest

Along the above tablets you shd also take steam inhalation ( try to exhale from nose while taking steam). Septoplasty is an option if u are having recurrent sinusitis attack and hampering ur daily work schedule. Thick brown secretion is blood mixed with other airway secretions.
