Keep yourself in isolation. Wear double mask whenever you need to go out of your room for something. Monitor temperature and oxygen saturation(it should be above 95) Have home cooked simple foods, not junk food oily spicy. Have lots of water. Maintain hygiene and distance from other members in family. For soar throat, gargle warm water with 10 ml betadine Or one table spoon salt. For runny nose, put some pudina leaves in a steamed water and inhale that steam, keep tissues or towel near by during steam inhalation. Whenever oxygen saturation goes below 94 or you have breathless or any other symptoms contact local near doctor immediately.
Next Steps
keep yourself in isolation and follow all covid protocols
Health Tips
any symptom of uneasiness or breathless or oxygen saturation going down, please contact near by local doctor immediately.

Now just take rest, have food n plenty of water. As your fever has gone down, the chance of oxygen being low is less. Just to be on safe side, check your sp02 and it must be above 95. Keep continuing isolating your self so that you don't spread infection If fever comes again and you feel breathless kindly consult dcotor
Next Steps
check spO2. have good meal n water.
Health Tips
if fever comes again, breathlessness, etc consult docter ASAP
