First of all, isolate yourself at least for seven days. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest. Take paracetamol for fever or body ache.
Health Tips
Please do not take any antibiotics unnecessarily as it’s a viral infection. Also, monitor oxygen saturation twice daily. If it drops below 94% or there is any breathing difficulty, seek medical help immediately.

Whenever some test results turns out to be positive/unexpected our brain starts to think what if it's a false positive? And that's completely a normal thinking according to psychology but one cannot deny something is positive, when they simply gut-guess it, if you really think that there's no way for you to get in contact with that virus, then you can repeat the test, a repeat test to be false is rare in your case as you already have some symptoms, yet of you wanna try, you can always try at a different set up. Recent coco's spikes, chances of spread, normal oral microbiome and several other factors can be considered, but eventually you have to accept the fact and quarantine yourself and safeguard others, would be my opinion, in short!
Next Steps
Repeat and repost! - acts a guide

Hello Mr. Tushan , yes sometimes it can yield false positive results especially if you do the covid-19 rapid antigen testing.
Next Steps
But here you have done  RTPCR which clearing states "positive" so if you want to be sure about it you can also get it done from some other lab.
Health Tips
However, since you have symptoms currently it's better you take necessary precautions like wearing mask in public domain and maintaining distance from others also avoid going to crowded places for 2 weeks. For Further advice and treatment you can directly reach out to me in practo anytime. Thanks.
