Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old female. After having 2nd dose covishield vaccine its now 4th day, I still have consistent fever 100 to 103 ° F . Is it normal? I am taking paracetamol. Spo2 is 98.

What is chiropractice ? Can yoga and chiropractice be used to treat back problems ? Is it part of back problem ? I feel difficult breathing when my back has slight discomfort and it pushes in. Last year due to this pain and COVID , I had difficult breathing and had to rush to icu . But I was usually am able to run a lot . But still sometimes strangely my back makes my breathing difficult. Is there some hidden problem with my body ? Which department will help solve it ?
