Can I take as prescribed by doctor: Flunarizine 10mg Levocetrizine+ montelukast Clonazepam+escitalopram Sodium picosulfate Altogether at night? Is there any interaction?

Hii My due date for second covid vaccine is on 1 October but it is 30 October now I'm one month late can i take the vaccine

Recently when i was taking (montelukast+levocetrizine) from sun pharma brand, then i did not get any relief.  But when I substituted this combination with cipla montair lc , then I immediately got relief. I fail to realize the cause here as sun pharma is also a very reputed pharmaceutical organization  And rather one of the leading  manufacturer of effective medicines in psychiatry, Then how come the drug from such a reputed company could fail. This causes lots of thoughts in my mind as on one hand I tried to avoid generics Offered in the hospitals. What's the point of going after branded medication if efficacy is lacking

I was prescribed blood RE test and platelets count test...3 days before the test I took an albendazole tablet due to some worm infection...Can this effect the results...PS:The results came out in the normal range of values

Can i take medication for throat infection and dry cough after 3 days of my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

Doctor, I am observing form three months that my body temperature is ranging between 98 to 99.2/99.4/99.6 everyday which is lower in morning and higher in evening from 5 pm to 8:30 pm and again come back to normal 98.6/98.4 by 11 pm. When i take any brand paracetamol, still the temperature remains the same. I donot have any physical issue, only temperature fluctuates.( I just measured my temperature one day accidentally three months before and kept on measuring everyday from then onwards panicking.) I have done tests like cbc, ese, crp, urine culture, chest xray, lipid profile, lft, malaria test, thyroid, USG of abdomen but all normal, What more tests can be done if this temperature is not normal? And is this temperature range normal?

I have • Hot flashes • Frequent Urination • Increased hunger and appetite • Anxiety because of those symptoms • I have health anxiety • Constipation • Have a bad habit of drinking too much of water due to stress • Heat intolerance

Whenever I lift some bag on my back or do some other physical work , sometimes I start having difficult breathing. My back feels like it's being pushed inside and my chest is popping out from front and it becomes difficult to sleep. I have difficult breathing without any cough or fever. It then heels itself after 2 days. Is this disease ? Or can this be ignored ? Even if I am wearing some heavy jacket , this problem may happen. I have no chronic problem . Only my stomach bulges due to overeating. Otherwise no problem.

My mother age 56 is suffering from spondylitis of neck for more than 15 years. She does exercise for spondylitis and take some medicines such as Gemvert, Mactotal coll-CD, osteoplus. But now because of spondylitis of neck she always have a choking feeling in her throat which is leading to to unstoppable coughing for most of the time. To stop the cough she takes lozenges like strepsils and honeytust. Please help with your valuable suggestion.

I haven't got periods after recovery of covid,it comes when I take some tablets and I also have knee pain n joint pain post covi.it has been six months now
