My daughter, 11 years old, is having cough (with phlegm) since a few days. I have been giving her cofsils cough syrup but it hasn't helped. What can I give her? Thank you

I don't have any pain normally..but I have pain at 3inch below navel at right side while palpating.its not severe or fisturbing me normally but I have pain while streching or palpating.
