Hello Doctor,
My son is 5 years old. Accidently hot water get spilled on his leg.

I think it's Not that painful for him as he is playful.

If possible pls take him to the emergency department and get burn dressing done. It's a second degree burn with blister formation. Will take time to heal. Donot worry
