Flu

Whenever i get headache since my childhood i get it only in the right side of my head... Now i have headache for two days now they too on the right side in the right temple along with stomach discomfort i took peracetomol 3 times and its not getting any better

I took second dose of Covid vaccine on 26 10 2021. From 28 10 2021, my bp increased to 170/106 and pulse rate at 112. Got caffeine intolerance after taking second dose of vaccine. Everytime I drink milk tea, coffee, green tea or any caffeinated drink, I feel my pulse rate is increased high and bp raised. Is now bp will be lifelong or it will get back to normal? Right now taking temporary bp medicine.

Can Zincovit & folivite be taken together as I am suffering from low platelets count(84000). Two separate doctors prescribed these two medicine.

Left arm n left side chest pain which becomes worse as I do activity n esp when it is exposed to cold.. for example- sitting in bus for 3-4 hours no arm pain, the moment I am out it hurts badly It also feels heavy n warm Ecg is normal.. temperatures here r below 10 degree

Last 4 days im observing my bp label ...in a diamond convetional mercurial bp instrument machine it was showing 120/90 every day while observing it by a professional person  and in spyhgmomanometer my reading always showing same 130/80 and in digital bp machine my label showing this label plz tell me my bp label is normal na im little tensed by a label of a diamond mercury machine and sphygmomanometer machine it showing same result from 4 days ...im sharing u mine digital label reading plz check tell me it is normal na

I've had WBC count more than 15000 from last 1 year. I don't have any fever or any other symptoms. All other tests have been normal.

Is it safe to breastfeed child after taking 1st dose of covishield or there is any minimum time interval required for next breastfeed?
