High bilrubin and high Total cholestrol
Hi
Recently I did my medical check up. I had high bilrubin content of 1.4 mg/ dl and high Total cholestrol is 249mg/ dl, also high Ldl cholestrol is 137 mg/dl.what may be the reason?Does it need any treatment/ any lifestyle changes

Hi,
I had stomach upset so took Eldoper for 3 days in morning.
Now from yesterday I am unable to poop. I am even taking Snigdol - twice a day, prenig - one a day & sneugim - once a day as prescribed by my neurologist as L5 disc is bulged.
Kindly suggest any tablet or syrup to relieve constipation.
