No don't take vaccine now. And get yourself tested for covid first. It is important. I would like to since when you are having your symptoms and some more of your history. Consult me. And please don't ignore your symptoms thinking it to be seasonal cold and cough. The earlier you get diagnosed and treated the better and in such times one should be more than careful towards one's health. Get your tested for covid as soon as possible.
