Doctor my friend was scratched by a street cat on 10th October 20 Days ago and today on 30th October the cat is still Alive and cat Behaviour is normal no changes in behaviour? So cat still have rabies or the cat is not inflected with rabies??

Ldl 108 . Esr 12 Bp around 110/80. I am now very energetic What should be my next step ?
