Both contains paracetamol. take only nocold tablet. Drink water adequately. Add some lemons in diet. You will fill better.

No, don't take them together, dolo 650 has paracetamol 650 mg and no cold has 500 mg paracetamol, so if you take them together, then a single dose will contain 1150 mg paracetamol in one single dose, which is not recommended
