Get her tested for covid at the earliest.
She does not need any medicines but monitor temperature and oxygen saturation.
For runny nose, put pudina leaves in steamed water and ask her to inhale the steam, all secretions will be cleared.
Ask her to drink lot of water, warm and normal ones mixed, wear double mask and remain in isolation till test results comes negative.
All the members in family should wear double mask.
