I m under stress which led me to do overthinking and some negative thoughts are bothering me...any suggestions

My doctor prescribed me Methylprednisolone 8mg tablet 3 times a day for 5 days and then 2 times a day after 5 days. Since it is a steroids, is it safe to take 3 times a day for 5 days. This tablet is prescribed for caugh and throat related issue which I am facing for more than a week.

I took Tetanus injection on 15th April 2022 but today on 29th June a got cut from rusty nail with bleeding should i have to take Tetanus injection ?

Me and my mom had a close contact exposure with covid patient for 2 days. After 2 days me and my mom both gpt fever. My mom has very high fever over 101 and severe body ache, headacheand weak.  I am just feeling weak. Mom is taking paracetamol 650, cephodem xp 325, vit c capsule. What are other medications to be used? Her fever is coming back...

Is it normal or serious ? I have allergic rhinitis treated with steroid nasal spray. It was from my nose to mouth..

My tsh level is 11.65 My symptoms is depression and dyslipidemia and low immunity. I have fear that some has done black magic to me In amavasya.what should i do? Is black magic work?

I was having lower stomach and abdomen pain 15 days ago which I diagnosed found that was suffering from fatty liver and urine bacteria infection which I got treated and after 9 days medication stopped, but yesterday I felt pain again not such severe as I took prescribed medicine. My ECR value is high from last year and I also feel fever between 99° to 100° C in evening with body pain specially in lower body like leg ankle n lower back. I have attached my report with this kindly tell what to do.

Hi Doctor, 2 days back I had fever 100.8 degree. I take dolo 650 two tyms. Now after 2days my body temperature is 95.8 - 96 degree. Why so low & it can be dangerous? Kindly help Regards

28f.on 14 was covid positive since 8th day facing mucus in throat due to which iam coughing how much I try to clear it out it isn't clearing instead it's very uncomfortable and causing headache .I tried all medications home remedies too but not even a change .iam unable to get sleep also plz help me iam feeling I will die .spo2 96-98 .headache on and off

Can vertigo cause swelling of the veins (on my left hand) and high bp? I am also having a faint ringing sound in the right ear. Sometimes the right side of my face feels full/heavy and same with left calf muscle area (between knee and ankle) as well as left bicep area. Any insights will be helpful.
