Flu

Hello, I usually do exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Recently I feel like I've kept more pressure on my upper back. I feel the tissues has broken. There's a slight swelling, ( exactly behind right chest, latissimus dorsi area ) Morning times I don't feel any pain or rigid feeling ... but once I go to sleep in the night. I'm seeing hell ... Around midnight 3 it starts and it won't allow me to sleep till morning .... I feel a pain in that area and rigid feeling. Its happening since a week .... Pls suggest If there is any medication to treat. Thanks in advance ...

I have foot pain since a week or two, it feels like sprain but not going away, it's randomly spread out in foot, and pain happens when i walk only. My ortho doctor has prescribed chymoral forte, twice a day for 5 days. But i do have gastritis, my gastro doctor had told me not to take pain killers, Will chymoral forte be safe during this? Please help me as this is creating uncomfortability for me :(. I want to take the medicine but want to know its safety wrt gastritis..

I have cold from Last Sunday but from yesterday I have so much weakness and my oxygen saturation is 95

My doctor has prescribed tendocare forte, it was prescribed due to the fact that i have foot pain since a month due to unknown reasons... i read it is for arthritis, will it create any problem if i dont have arthritis and take it? And also now m worried about arthritis:(

My eyes always turn red after going out even for 1 to 2 hours. And i get irritation inside the eyes. Pls suggest some remedy

I have muscle twitches non painful from 15 days all over body.legs,hands,jaw,butts etc,doctor gave me vitamin d3 uprise 60k 2 tabs in one week total four.After taking a tablet 2 days i get very less twitches.after that it becomes regular.also if i move a muscle it stops.Is it something serious I'm also on medication like vitamin e ,rabwin-d ,sino plus for blackness after suddenly standing.I'm worried.

I am having severe headache (forehead, eyes, back of head) for past one month and dizziness. I went to ENT, they said no problem. Another doctor told it is because of sinus. I went to neurologist. They took CT and MRI on head and they said no issues. But I'm taking medications. But no improvement. I don't know what to do next. Note. I'm in abroad where the language is different so the communication is bit difficult. Kindly help me to what to do next.

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal rabies vaccination 70 Days Ago and i took Tetanus and 3 booster dose Day 0 3 7 intradermal due to recent dog nail scratch Last dose was taken on 24th April 2022 but today a street dog scratch me with nails no wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should again i have to take rabies vaccine booster dose ?
