Got attacked by cow on road on 27th. I got this type of injury as seen in pic and it is purplish in Colour now and lot of pain when i touch it delicately also. I have been putting Ice and Volini, how to treat please?

My mother always has low to normal bp. But sometimes once in 2 or 3 months, her BP suddenly shots upto 180/90 which led to severe complications like vomiting, fainting, dizziness, dry mouth. In high BP, she takes Telvas 40 along with vertigon to control other symptoms. But again after 2 or 3 days, her BP drops to 100/80. In that case also, can i give her telvas 40? How to give right dose of medicine in this case of both high and low BP? Also once she gets high Bp, she couldn't sleep for a week without sleeping pills.

I have weakness from birth on right side of my body. Including right eye, ear, hand,knee,and torso. This issue has become more apparent after 25 age . I would like a recommendation on which doctor to visit.
