I had very bad heartburn so I took 15ml gelusil anticid syrup.. again after 3 hours I took 10 ml gelusil anticid syrup... did I overdose ? Anything to worry?

For 1 day my body temperature was between 103-100 and experienced chills one night. I popped dolo 650 every 6 hours and was on light diet. Next day body temperature fell down to 95-96 Can I pop Dolo 650 in this condition? Low diet effect or any other reason, I feel tiredness now. What should I do further?

My father had sore throat since last week, while he was on an official trip. He returned on Monday and was already on medication. He is usually a very very active person for his age. All of a sudden, we are seeing him sleep all through the day. For almost 18 hours a day. It's very out of character for him. The doctor has given medication only for his sore throat condition. I am worried if it's something serious. He has been stressed at work till last week. Should we get him tested for anything?
