My husband got fever on Sunday only till Monday and tested positive on Tuesday. Now no fever from Tuesday and feeling no other issues. Oxygen level is fine. He is in isolation since Sunday. For how long he should be in isolation and if he has no symptoms like fever and cough Retesting is needed?

I've right side chest pain usually happens when I'm on bed or making a turn or streaching body or coughing/Sneezing. It is happening from a month, had visited a doctor previously.. he said chest x-ray is fine.. gave some medicine. It was ok for few days.. it's happening now again.
