I'm taking lodoz 5 for bp and nexitoplus 5 mg and placida 10 mg for anxiety insomnia but I chew tobacco 20 times a day so my bp stays around 125/98+ something dystolic goes 100+ after walking but when I checked lying down it's down to 120/80 so my que is what medicine should I take for dystolic high bp or this is normal or not

Hello sir, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 5 months ago where in my report tsh was 5.78, t3 t4 were normal, my doctor treated it well, after 4 months of treatment my tsh t3 t4 were normal, doctor told me stop the medicine, after 5 months i,e recently my test results were tsh 0.67, t3 117, t4 6.8 ( normal ), now instead my reports are normal, doctor said me I'm fine, I'm no longer taking thyronorm, I'm still experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism like thin hair, puffy face, depression, difficulty in thinking, forgetfulness, weight gain, fatigue, dry skin, morning dizziness etc. Please help me what's going on?

Please see the attached image, why is the finger joint skin getting hard like that? There's no pain but when i pull my finger back to stretch it, it feels like getting rubbed, is this some dermatological problem or arthritis m scared! Please help me.
