I am a working male aged 32 living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I am 5'11" and weighing 62 (BMI = 19.1). A blood test report couple of months back indicated that my haemoglobin levels are low. I also have hairfall problems for many years. Although my lifestyle is that of active one with average of 12000 steps a day, including tennis practice in the evenings and cycling and running sessions in weekends, i do feel fatigue after coming back home. Average daily sleeping hours is 6.5 hrs to 6. 75 hrs. I have also attached my blood test report and other health check up results for your reference. Additionally, my tennis training actually resulted in lower resting heart rates over time and some modifications in ECG which I previously consulted with a doctor. He told lower heart rates are ok there all is fine. Am I feeling tired because of lower haemoglobin? Or am I having lower haemoglobin because I am straining myself more? Or is it dietary issue which has to be addressed through supplements?

Sir I after suspected exposure by mouth hospital doctor prescribed me 3 ARV 0 3 7 its been 60 days of exposure and taking anti-Rabies vaccines. Am i safe now do 3 dose of ARV make sufficient antibodies after 60 days if the animal was raibid i dont know the animal status am i safe after 60 days sir.

Hi doctors My husband having cough and its been 3 weeks. once or twice, he waking up with sever cough in the night and morning. There is no mucus but cough sounds like sever. initially doctor we consult, gave antibiotic injection and tablets, which doesn't work. 99% oxygen, no fever or any other symptoms till now. He doesn't have any allergies. He doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. He didn't have any medical condition before. He tested positive for covid (1 and half year ago), with no symptoms. please suggest any test will show underlying cause.
