I have been checking my BP (via sphygmomanometer) and most of the time it is coming as mild Hypertension {Avg reading: Left hand (140, 85), Right hand (135, 80)} Sometimes reading differ a lot in left and right right (reading by right hand always comes less than left hand's). My diet is pretty good (including fast food once a week). My height: 5'8 and weight: 68kg Please provide your guidance on the same.

Correct measurement of bp in the higher reading side ,with average of 2 readings taken 1 minute apart is considered. The home measured BP if it's more than 135/85 on different days is considered as hypertension. If you fall under the above category ,for next 6 months you should try diet modification with restrictions salt intake, plenty of salads fruits and vegetables plus exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
Next Steps
Since you are only 26 and your BMI is being normal ,get your blood test ECG done
