I have checked my vitamin d3 level as I have respiratory problems .then my vitamin d3 level is 28.41ng/ml which shows insufficient . Should I take medicine ? If yes dosage pls .

Hi, I'm 34 YO. Family history of diabetes and heart related issues. As of now I'm perfectly fine, no health issues. My concern is : I want to make sure I don't get any health issues like diabetes, heart attack in future as I grow older so I want maintain health lifestyle by diet and medicine. When I woke up this morning, I realized that it is swollen just below the right ear, causing my cheeks to puff out. I'm not hurt. My mouth is hard to open and I have trouble chewing.
