I have horribly itchy Anus. It started after passing one day hard stool . Now every time I pass stool it itches and that lasts for hours . What shall I do !

If these reports are normal then why do i feel numbness in hand and feet and twitching of pulse in abdomen hands chest and abdomen pain Usg abdomen is also normal Cbc also normal Is it due to anxiety?

Post 1.5 months since the last antibiotic course for h pylori! I have been having knee pain(not bone, rather muscle/nerve), leg fatigue and foot pain! Have already taken d3 60 for 5 weeks as suggested by doctor but issue still persists. While driving scooty i feel tingly in my thigh. Could the treatment have caused b12 / calcium or any other deficiency? Also Sometimes i have heart palpitations as well, once or twice a day randomly! Please help.
