Dear sir, I done cbc test, in that lymopocytes value is 3.4 observed and mpv value is 7.8, what is the normal range and i attach report also.

For past 3 months facing head jam, numbness, gas problem, nausea. Some disorientation is also Occurrin. Head pumps with palpitations are also there. Recently a test result showed deficiency of vitamin D3 and B12 inside me. Consulted one physician, she prescribed Remylin D 1000 10's to me. What can be the cause of my problems. The medicine prescribed can be taken by non diabetic patients as well?
