I have covid positive and diagnosis by ( azithral 500+becosule z capsule+ zedex syrup) I dnt have fever but have nose block,bitter taste, feeling vomiting + belly cramp. So is these medisin will cure covid properly or what should I have to follow otherwise for fast releif.pla suggest..

2) Cap Pan D - 1 capsule daily , 30 minutes before breakfast .
3) Tab Ondem 4mg (SOS)
4) Tab Drotin DS (SOS)

You can add tab pantop 40 mg one's in the morning for 5 days and tab ondensetron 4 mg twice 1 hour before food for 3 days.
Drink plenty of water 3 litres per day
Gargle with warm salt water 3 times in a day.
