Typhoid coming positive with weakness.
I was having weakness and fever last month did fever panel test igm typhoid came positive. Did Monocef 2g morning night for 5 days and cefixime 400mg morning night for 10 days. Completed 15 days of course. Igm was postive after 1 month also. 3 days back I started feeling fatigue again and lethargy did tests again it positive again. And did widal o is 1160 h is 1320 in one lab and other lab its non reactive normal But igm is still positive. What should I do im tired of this getting every year. Kindly help with the same thanks No fever sometimes I feel feverish it goes upto 99 in evening but not every time. Took zifi o for 3 days but antibiotics make me feel sick.

Take light, non fatty diet for another 3 months. Take fresh vegetables,  fruits,  nuts, milk products,  whole grains. For weakness take cap  supradyn one morning and one evening for 15 days. Get complete blood count done for the low grade fever. Connect with results online.

Typhoid test remains  positive upto six months. Diet  is must be  drastically  light  mostly liquid n water  or semiliquid Khichdi, porridge,  poha, rice curd, LAMONADE electoral buttermilk. Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3 to 5 days. U r taking lot of antibiotics already.
