The results are borderline. Please share detailed history of fever, as typhoid usually presents with high fever, widal test  gives accurate results after minimum 10 days of fever. Get complete blood count,  blood culture done and share results. For fever,  take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours.

Any other symptoms? Assuming it was your blood sample . Widal test is the most accurate in the third week of illness so cannot give a definite diagnosis .. Your titres are still borderline Blood culture is the best at this stage
Next Steps
Bedrest with conservative management with Paraceatamol 650mg thrice or twice a day based on severity Any other symptoms to be investigated further get CBC too with stool testing if associated with diarrhea .
Health Tips
stay hydrated and watch for danger signs like extreme lethargy , Severe pain abdomen and vomitting , breathelssness , seizures
