ANA positive could be seen in a number of conditions with autoimmune pathology like SLE, Sjogren’s, Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis. Serious or not should be the query , evaluate further regarding. Doing a full Ana profile and other routine investigations to see for other systems involvement.
