Coughing so bad
I was sleeping and suddenly started coughing so bad that it made me feel like I had no chest it was so scary. I have nose congestion and a cough and feverish feel but no fever. I'm scared because i feel like I'm losing control over my body.

Mostly it's nothing , other than throat irritation . It can be due to Acid Peptic disorder & in your case PND seems unlikely , going by your age .
