The above mentioned history suggests paresthesia . But history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer . Varied issues can be at fault , be because of insufficient blood flow to the part , nerve compression , neuropathy , etc . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , along with a few investigations before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Does that happen all the time or only when you walk up from your sleep?

This is called paresthesia, can be neurological due to various causes. A detailed history is required for differentiate whether it is due to vitamins deficiency or neurological in nature or due to any other cause.
