The above mentioned history suggests paresthesia . But history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer . Varied issues can be at fault , be because of insufficient blood flow to the part , nerve compression , neuropathy , etc . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , along with a few investigations before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Any other symptoms? Does that happen all the time or only when you walk up from your sleep? Any variation in the frequency? This is called paresthesia, can be neurological due to various causes. A detailed history is required for differentiate whether it is due to vitamins deficiency or neurological in nature or due to any other cause. Please provide a detailed history or consult a doctor either in person or here on practo according to your convenience. For exact reason the given information is not enough
