Done full body check up all reports are ok.done CT scan whole abdomen reports are normal having Gerd problems. Acid reflux is 18.done manemotrey test also endoscopy reports are normal. Only acidity percent is high.esogress l taking empty stomach. Acogut 100mg before food twice.still sometimes right side paining.n burping

Meanwhile practice the following , avoid lying down for minimum 30 minutes after any meal , have plenty of water , avoid spicy/oily/fatty/cheesy food , include minimum 30 minutes of brisk walking daily . You are overweight for your height. Must attempt losing weight by exercises. Merely taking PPIs wont end your GERD problem. Need to know your blood sugar levelsbecause Diabetes slows down gastric motility. Your gastric motility may be at fault because of that.
Avoid lying down soon after food. Use an inclined head end raised bed while sleeping. You may need some gastric prokinetics prescribed for which you will need consultation on Practo.
