Kindly consult an ENT Surgeon in person. Your ear needs to be examined for any retraction. Seems like Allergic rhinitis with eustachian tubal obstruction. Nose must be examined as well.
Next Steps
Valsalva maneuver and medications as prescribed by an ENT specialist
Health Tips
Temporary relief would be Steam inhalation thrice daily.

What you're experiencing is a complication of the upper respiratory tract infection that has ascended to your middle ear through the eustachian tube. It may lead to progressed acute otitis media if left untreated. Apt antibiotics are needed to manage it. Consult at your convenience.
